We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holiday periods. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability — always worth getting in touch!
We are based in the UK and cover nationwide events. Travel within 50 miles is included in our packages; beyond that, a travel supplement applies. Contact us for a quote for your specific location.
Yes! We offer vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options across many of our stations. Please let us know your requirements when enquiring and we'll tailor the menu accordingly.
Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on the number of stations. We always arrive with plenty of time before your event starts so everything is perfect for your guests' arrival.
Absolutely! Our corporate packages include full bespoke branding options including station wraps, branded cups, and colour-matched décor. Perfect for product launches, corporate parties, and award ceremonies.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event date will not incur further charges. Cancellations within 4 weeks may be subject to a cancellation fee. Full details are in our booking terms.
